How to Download from ziu.gov.pl

This guide explains how to download your exam results or other documents from the official ZIU platform at ziu.gov.pl. Follow these simple steps.

Step 1: Go to the Website

Step 2: Log In to Your Account

• School login and password – Your school principal gives you this. Use it to log in directly.
• Profil Zaufany (Trusted Profile) – If you have a trusted profile, you can use it to log in.
• e-dowód (electronic ID) – Use your electronic ID card to log in.
• Bankowość elektroniczna (online banking) – Some banks allow you to log in through their system.

Step 3: Find the Download Section

After logging in, you will see your personal dashboard. Look for a section called "Wyniki" (Results) or "Dokumenty" (Documents). Click on it to see your available files.

Step 4: Select the File You Want

You will see a list of your exam results or other documents. Find the one you need, such as your matura results or 8th-grade exam results. Click on the file name or a button next to it.

Step 5: Download the File

After clicking, a download button or link will appear. Click "Pobierz" (Download). The file will start downloading to your computer or device. It is usually a PDF file.

Step 6: Open and Save the File

Once the download is complete, open the file from your downloads folder. You can save it to a safe place on your device or print it if you need a paper copy.
